jo3presents: whispertoariot: On January 7, 2012, 19 year old Francisco Huesca lost his life in a fatal car accident in Los Angeles. His family and friends are still grieving for him, and after over a month, can not even afford a tombstone for him, let alone a funeral. A dedicated and loving Pearl Jam fan, he dedicated his life to being in a band called Fire Eyed Cherry playing Pearl Jam covers. In Francisco’s honor, the band has released an itunes track- a cover of their favorite band’s “Thumbing My Way” in hopes to raise enough funds to buy their dear friend a tombstone. though I do not know Francisco personally, his lifelong dedication to Pearl Jam has touched my heart, as well as his friends’ loyalty to him even after his death. I would like to do whatever I can to spread the word and donate. All proceeds from downloads and song sales will go towards his tombstone. I will also see what I can do personally to help donate, such as selling some of my merchandise and donating personally. At 0.99 per song, we can all do our part.
